A drink made in the NutriBullet is referred to as a NutriBlast. At home, I drink about 3 a day, with a light cooked meal for supper. I eat very very little dairy and do not have meat at home. Little Monkey (who is 18 months) has eaten this way for her whole life. She shares all the NutriBlasts with me. LilyPad (who is 12) refuses the NutriBlasts but will eat the raw food whole.
Yesterday, we went to Anthony's for dinner. He made Tacos. I ate some with lots of cheese. Little Monkey ate a few bites and was very fussy. When we got home I made a Blast with Banana, Avocado, Almond Milk, my Nutrition Powder Mix, and extra acidophiles and papaya enzymes. The smile on Little Monkey's face when she tasted it, real food, was priceless. My own tummy was tender until I had the Blast, and felt much better afterwards.
I do believe that I'll be bringing a NutriBlast with me on visits. This would allow myself and Little Monkey to enjoy the company of our family, while sticking to our healthy eating habits.
