I discovered Shakeology this month, and for my birthday I gave myself a present. This shake has over 75 whole food Superfoods in it, all raw! It really tastes good! (Little Monkey agrees!)
In the past, every time I tried to quit eating candy my own will power was what I depended on. Ok, my own will power isn't that strong when it comes to candy, especially Chocolate.
