My Menu Today 4/12/13



Breakfast

1 cup Instant Grits
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup Fruit Juice

Lunch

1 Shakeology
1 Cup Almond Milk
5 Dried Apricot Halves

Drink

1 Cup O.N.E. Coconut Water
1 Jar Gerber Mango
4 Fresh Mint Leaves

Snack

1 Small McDonald's Hamburger

Dinner

10 Medium Baby Carrots (Fitday.com didn't have sliced carrot as an option)
1/2 Cup Sugar Snap Peas, Raw
2 Tbsp Pine Nuts, Raw
2 Tbsp Kraft Ranch Dressing

NutriBlast

1/2 Cup Purple Kale (Homegrown)
1 Medium Apple
1 Cup Fruit Juice
1 Tbsp Blackstrap Molasas

Snack

Shakeology
1/4 Cup Lucama Powder

Total Calories 1,856

Total Potassium 76% (Much better!)
