This is the one I chose.
Babies spines are immature until age 4. When forward facing too young, in an accident, their head flies forward, stretching the spinal cord in the neck, resulting in "internal decapitation" and death. Please keep those babies safe, keep rear facing as long as possible, in a five point harness as long as possible, and in a booster seat with proper seat belt positioning as long as possible.
